CCS is the largest IT Consulting firm in Bermuda. With a client list of over 850 companies, CCS required a full service Help Desk to assist in answering customer calls, dispatching technicians, and managing a service ticketing system.
Risolv’s Help Desk adapted to the needs of CCS by providing reception services, which included creating a Dispatch Guide to ensure the right technician was assigned to the right service request. We then set up a ticket tracking system. This allowed us to schedule, dispatch, track, and report on any service requests. This system ensured all service requests were handled with accuracy and efficiency.
