Once the Onsite Manager is installed on your site and the information appears in the central portal, our team of technicians will get busy organizing and classifying your machines and devices. This is a collaborative effort between you and the MARS technicians so if a device doesn’t report properly or we can’t identify it’s function, we’ll contact you and work together to get your site properly classified.

Every week a report is run on your site to find devices that have been added or removed. We then use this information to update and fine tune your site in the portal. Unlike off-the-shelf solutions, your monitored site data will never be stale.
