Risolv IT Solutions is a premier full-service IT organization in the “Golden Triangle” region. We are focused on creating strategic partnerships with our clients to allow them to take full advantage of their IT investments.
Our business was founded over 5 years ago and has grown to 12 employees and over $1 Million in annual revenue. We are located in Guelph, Ontario.
As a service–based company, we work closely with our clients to ensure that we are meeting the contract deliverables, consistently on time and on budget.

Technically, Gordon’s focus is on Microsoft, VMWare and Citrix technologies and he enjoys working with a dedicated team that strives to take the mystery out of IT and to deliver solid, well designed solutions for clients. Gordon bring industry specific experience from the insurance and reinsurance sectors as well as banking and brokerage houses. Gordon and his wife Souhaila have a busy life chasing after their young son. When time permits , Gordon enjoys getting outside to do some biking, climbing or ultimate Frisbee. |

Allyson Cooper Service Desk Manager Allyson brings over three years experience as a Support Desk technician. She provides technical support for clients servicing the residential and corporate Internet market as well as several companies in the Web and IT Consulting fields. Allyson’s many skills allow her to quickly adapt to the changing requirements placed on both her and the team. Recently, Allyson has taken on additional managerial responsibilities to help with training, process documentation and delivery, scheduling and HR related matters. Allyson’s quick mind and work ethic have added much to the company dynamic and has proved to be a valuable asset. |

Bruce Scott Service Desk Technician/Junior ConsultantBruce has been a part of a Support Desk team for several years providing technical support for the clients of web and Internet focused companies. Bruce holds a BA from the University of Guelph with an Honours in Phsychology which proves as a solid foundation for his start in an IT related career. Recently, Bruce has proven himself to be both a strong leader and an adept student currently focused on gaining his certifications as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional. He has begun working outside of his role on the Support Desk performing duties as a Junior IT consultant for various clients. Bruce’s intelligence, attention to detail and easy manner are already gaining fast approval with the installed client base. |
